Greetings all who care,

Per Step It Up 2007, we enjoyed a delightful gathering in Lytle Park on Sep 15, Saturday at 2:00pm.

Since the initial StepItUp2007 Cincinnati "Action" on 2007 April 14, we have each been pursuing a more hopeful world.  Last year, Inconvenient Truth provided some multi-media stimulation of concern for our Mother Earth.  This year, the movie 11th Hour, even more broadly alerts us to the need for our protective, concerted leadership in stimulating the constructive response, especially by our leaders.

Next weekend, downtown, is Oktoberfest-Zinzinnati ! Perhaps we might even support a booth or handouts for such a superb gathering of our neighbors.

Please pass the word (url:  http://emodo.net) and call (513-532-6223) or write (john@emodo.net) for discussion.

Our efforts Saturday, Sep 15, included clean-up of the Lytle Park monument of Abraham Lincoln.  Here are some pics we gathered.  Why Abe?  Your ideas are welcome.  He certainly managed an awesome challenge!  His steadfast vision of an enduring, righteous civilization in North America coupled with daring leadership through many messy battles, provides an inspiring example of leadership we hope to provide and stimulate as we soberly confront the greatest challenge on Earth:  survival of humanity beyond our heretofore short-sighted practices of desecration of our Mother Earth.
